RETURNS: We are committed to superior service and happy guests! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return or exchange within 2 months of purchase in ORIGINAL packaging. ALL item contents MUST BE present and the item in RESALABLE condition unless a manufacturing error. Proof of purchase/RECEIPT and identification are required for refund or exchange. Refunds will be reimbursed in the method of original payment. Damaged items, incomplete items or items damaged by improper use are not eligible for return. Sale items are not returnable. Bling bag and mystery type items are not returnable if opened.
Items purchased through the webstore/online may be returned locally or SHIPPED at the CUSTOMER'S expense via the carrier of the customer's choice. Original and return shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded.
