Proof of purchase/RECEIPT and identification are required for refund or exchange. Refunds will be reimbursed in the method of original payment. Damaged items or items damaged by improper use are not eligible for return. Items without a receipt or proof of purchase are subject to rejection or a restocking fee. Sale items are not returnable. "Blind bag" or "mystery" items are no returnable if opened.
